With CMU's wireless network, you can access the Internet and the many academic resources CMU provides online from many popular buildings.
CMU's IT Help Desk offers basic user support to all CMU students on campus. The Help Desk is located in the Park Library #101. Please contact them with support questions and repair issues.
You can stop by our MicroChips store anytime to test our Mac demos. The MicroChips store is located on the lower level of the Bovee University Center, next to the Down Under Food Court. All our Sales Associates are trained to assist you with any questions you may have.

Payments can be made by Cash, Check, Credit Card, or Student Account. We can only accept checks under $500. All transactions must be paid in full at the time of purchase. If you have any questions regarding a Student Account purchase please contact the Student Service Court.

Apple Computers come with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary telephone technical support. To extend your coverage further, you can purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan or AppleCare+. AppleCare will cover any hardware issues you may have with your computer. MicroChips also offers Safeware Product Protection. Safeware covers accidental damage such as drops, cracked screens, liquid damage, power surges, mechanical failures, and electrical failures.
